Surreal. That would probably be the one word I can use to sum up my trip to India. The main purpose of the trip was to help two friends celebrate their wedding (shout out to Nitya and Shoumyo). It was my first time going to an Indian wedding. Although I had heard what to expect, actually going through one was a different story. Continue reading

Planning trips is something I enjoy doing and I am either looking out for a new destination or helping people out with their trips. I usually plan group trips for people but that has been across Europe mostly. Moving to Nigeria has made me meet some of the most amazing people who have followed my past trips and have demanded that I start planning trips across Africa. So our first official trip in Africa starting with Nigeria was to La Campagne Tropicana Resort. This I can say is one of the most beautiful places in Lagos and can pass for the Bahamas. The palm trees are really amazing to look at and the water is blue!!. It’s an ideal location to spend honeymoons or a day out with a group. Continue reading

I recently made my first mini vacation trip out of the country to a place called Puerto Escondido, which means “hidden port” in Spanish. This name could not have been any more true, this place is very much a hidden gem. Since It was my first time traveling solo, my expectation for this trip was that I’ll do a lot of sightseeing and have a lot of alone time. To my surprise and delight, none of these were achieved, which was exactly what made the trip more memorable. Continue reading
